An incredible and highly collectible find! This is an authentic vintage 1980s Eddie Bauer pullover sweater, from the iconic "Expedition Outfitter" black tag era.
It's crafted from a heavyweight, chunky wool (or high-wool blend) knit in a classic marled oatmeal color. This sweater features a stylish shawl collar with a single-button placket and bold, retro horizontal stripes in navy, burgundy, and green that wrap around the chest and arms.
This is the quintessential vintage "gorpcore" or "cabin core" sweater, perfect for any outdoor or vintage enthusiast.
Condition: Excellent pre-owned vintage condition overall. No major rips or stains. There is some very minor, faint discoloration on the inside back of the shawl collar (see last photo). It is not noticeable when worn. Otherwise, the knit is in fantastic shape for its age.
